BRIGHT DIP

Copper & Brass:

This process is used on Copper & brass alloys, the process will clean and brighten the parts and leaves a acid based chromate conversion coating used to protect and add shelf life to the base material.

Aluminum:

The Bright Dip process enhances the glossy appearance of aluminum for cosmetic applications and produces a more reflective surface finish. The Bright Dip Process does not produce a deposit on the aluminum and is usually followed by Chem-film or Anodize.
